Students shall be required to attend a regular course of study. Candidates should have attended at least 80% of the total number of lectures delivered and practical done in each subject and 80% attendance in Clinical experience is needed during each academic year. The procedure of examination will be in the form of terminals, semester, pre- council followed by the Council examination in every one and two year.
Prospectus and Admission Form can be obtained in the Admin Office on all working days on payment of the prescribed fee by Cash/ Cheque/ Online/ Net Banking of any nationalized bank. The Form can also be downloaded from our website and dully filled in all respect shall be submitted to the Admission Department of the College along with the required documents through the by hand/ by post along with Cheque/ DD of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) only.
The institution shall charge only such fee as prescribed by the affiliating body/ Govt. of Jharkhand in accordance with provisions of the Councils. The fees can be deposited in the cash counter of college by Cash/ Cheque/ Online/ Net Banking of any nationalized bank. The fee will be collected on a monthly/ quarterly basis at the beginning of each term of monthly/ quarterly, to avoid penalty (fine). However, fees must be cleared before 30 days of filling up the examination form semester wise. Returned or dishonored Cheque/ DD of any amount given by the candidate during admission will automatically cancel his/ her admission. Cancellation of admission for any reason will entail deduction of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) from admission fees deposited by the candidate within 02 days of the admission. Under no circumstances will refund of admission and other fees be made, if cancellation is made after 24 hours of admission. The candidate whose admission has been cancelled from any reason, they may be re- admitted with the re- admission fee which is equivalent to admission fee. The maximum time for re- admission is 30 days only
1. The minimum age for admission shall be 15 years on or before 31st March of the year in which admission is sought.
2. There is no upper age limit for the applicants.
3. The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of 10 years of schooling for Certificate Course and 12 years of schooling (10+2
year) for Diploma Courses recognized by CBSE/ICSE/SSSCE/HSCE or a recognized equivalent examination.
4. Admission is subjected to satisfactory medical examination report.

An incomplete application form will be automatically rejected. Original documents will be verified by the Admission committee. Non- availability of any original certificate or mark sheet or CLC/ SLC/DLC on the date of admission will lead to debarment from admission. Student may submit a declaration to produce her/ his Migration Certificate within 30 days from the date of her/his admission. Intimation of Selection College will intimate to the candidates only those who are selected through e-mail and over phone. No candidate will be informed about her/his rejection of application form unless and until there is any request from candidate side. It is implied that if the name of candidate is neither in selection nor in waiting list, then she/he is discard from admission. The merit list will be available in college notice board and also in the website. College will provide 10 days of time to the selected candidates to take admission; failing to it will automatically cancel the merit rank of the concerned students
